Booking Online
To keep within 33% capacity for small group fitness in New York City spaces will be limited for each in-person class. Please book directly to Mindbody Online, the MindBody App or the Pop Physique App.
Due to the limited capacity for in-person classes, the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced. For in-person classes, please cancel up to 6 hrs before class is scheduled to begin. Please review the cancellation policy for further details.
If you are ill, please stay home, do not come to the studio. If you become ill within 5 days of visiting our studio, please notify us immediately so we may contact others who may have been exposed to illness.
Cleaning protocols
All surfaces will be disinfected before and after every class using an electrostatic sprayer, including the barre, weights, playground balls, mats, studio floor, door handles, bathroom surfaces, and front desk.
Each common area is equipped with HEPA grade air purifiers, which are effective against biological growth, bacteria, and more, in the air and on surfaces. We have scheduled 30 minutes between classes to deep clean the studio and equipment after use.

Cancellation/Late Policy
To ensure that we can welcome as many of clients as possible while subject to capacity restrictions, the 6-hour cancellation policy for in-person classes will be strictly enforced. If you are not feeling well, have a cough or any COVID-19 symptoms after the cancellation period has expired, please cancel your reservation online and call or email the studio as soon as possible. We ask for the safety of our team and clients that you do not come into the studio. Anyone exhibiting symptoms upon arrival will not be permitted to enter.
To ensure the safety of all, we are unable to admit anyone into the studio who has not arrived within 5 minutes BEFORE the start of class.
CHECK IN
Masks must be worn and kept on at all times in the Pop Physique studio.
Extra masks will be made available for staff and clients, if needed.
Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival. In the event that your temperature is above the recommended limit, you will be refused entry - your class will be credited back to your account. In order to observe social distancing, the number of available lockers will be limited. Mats and equipment will be set up in advance. You may bring your own mat and equipment if that is more comfortable.
STUDIO AMENITIES
Towels: Please bring your own towel as they will not be provided.
Sanitation Stations: Hand sanitizing stations are available in the lobby area at the front desk. Bathrooms are equipped with soap and water for hand-washing as well.
Bathrooms: Please wait socially distanced in the hallway until the bathroom is unoccupied.
Water: The refill station will not be available for use. Water is available for purchase at the front desk.
IN CLASS
All equipment and weights will already be located at your assigned spot. Should you require other weights or props, please ask your instructor for assistance. Instructors will provide verbal feedback and distanced guidance on form rather than hands-on adjustments until further notice. Please leave all equipment at your spot at the end of class to be disinfected after use. Please head straight out unless you’d like to shop in the retail area, in which case you can request to be dismissed last.

Even though our promotional images feature super hot shorts and tiny leotards that zip…We recommend long slim exercise pants that cover your knees and fitted tanks or t-shirts. Socks are required. If you forget your socks, we have some nifty socks available for purchase that will help you stick to the floor.
We have the Eco-Mats to use, the ball, the weights and the stretching strap.

Please note it on your new client form and speak to your instructor prior to class so that they may give you modifications.
Yes! The class can be modified to be taken throughout your pregnancy. We require a note from your OB. Please always let your Instructor know.
Your packages activate after first use and activation must occur within three (3) months from the date of purchase, and must be used (i) within thirty (30) days, for the 5 class package, (ii) ninety (90) days, for the ten (10) class package and (iii) one hundred twenty (120) days, for the twenty (20) class package.
